The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th September, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Permission to file the special leave petition is granted. Delay in filing the application for substitution is condoned. The application for substitution is allowed. Let the cause title be amended accordingly. Delay in filing the special leave petition is condoned. Issue notice on the special leave petition."

Subsequently, the matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3 th November, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to all the Respondents. List agian on 16.01.2015."

Accordingly, notice was issued on 15th October, 2014 to all the Respondents. There are six Respondents in the matter. None has entered appearance on behalf of the said Respondents. A.D. Card has been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 5 & 6 but none has entered appearance on behalf of said Respondents. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the dated of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from Respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4 so far.

Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4. However, all the Respondents are Petitioners in connected SLP (C) No. 13770 of 2014 and are represented by Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
