The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 3 rd

July, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"The substitution application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent is allowed.

Cause title be amended accordingly.

Issue notice on the special leave petition as also on the prayer for interim relief/stay."

Subsequently, application for correcting the name of Respondent and amending the cause-title in the matter was listed before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge on 12th November, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court pleased to pass the following Order:-

"The application for correcting the name of respondents and amending the cause title is allowed in terms of the prayer made.

Let the amendment be incorporated within 15 days from today."

Accordingly, cause-title has been amended.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there are six Respondents in the matter above-mentioned. Mrs. Anjani Aiyagiri, Advocate has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of all the Respondents but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
