In the facts and circumstances of the case, considering that the petitioner has already undergone 26 years of custody without remission and approximately 33 years with remission, we direct him to be released on provisional bail in Crime No. 56 of 1993 on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court concerned.
