It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Shree Pal Singh, Advocate on 10.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 12137 of 1998 (O&M) along with the applications for permission to file the Special Leave Petition, exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order and permission to file additional documents.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2014 in CWP No. 12137/1998 (O & M) is barred by time by 308 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that in SLP (C) Nos. 2429724302 of 2007 Entitled Union Of India & Ors. Versus Shiv Raj & Ors. involving similar question of Law, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal Nos. 54785483 of 2014) were dismissed by Hon'ble Court on 07.05.2014(Copy of order dated 07.05.2015 is annexed as Annexure P6 at page nos. 154172 in the paper books).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
