It is submitted that Mr. Shree Pal Singh, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 10.08.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 12481/1997 alongwith applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition, exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order and permission to file additional documents.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.07.2014 in CWP No. 12481/1997 is barred by time by 308 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. CC No. 16950/2015 Entitled PUNJAB STATE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING BOARD (PUNJAB MANDI BOARD) vs KANWAR CHARANJIT SINGH SODHI & ORS**.** as both are preferred by same petitioner herein and arising out of similar issue.
