Mr. Rounak Nayak, Ld.Counsel has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice has been issued on 11.4.2016 to proforma respondent Nos. 25. Service is awaited.

It is further submitted that Mr. B.S Prasad,

Advocate for respondent no. 1 has expired. Notice for alternative arrangement has been issued on 11.4.2016 to respondent no. 1. Service is awaited.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rounaq Naik Advocate appeared on 10.3.2016 before Ld. Registrar's Court and gave undertaking to file Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 but the counsel has not filed the same so far.

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice has been issued on 16.4.2016 to respondent Nos. 13. Service is awaited.
