UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity. Hence, further opportunity to file counter affidavit is hereby declined.

Service on Respondent No. 3 has been deemed to be complete vide order dated 30.8.2024.

Signature Not Verified Service is complete on Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 but none has $\mathbf{e}^{\mathbf{w}}_{\mathbf{c}}$

As per office report, Ld. Counsel for Petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars to effect service on respondent Nos. 7 and 8, though last opportunity was granted.

It has been submitted by the Ld. Counsel for petitioner that application seeking deletion of names of Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 from the array of parties would be moved.

Let any such application be moved within a period of two weeks. If within two weeks, such application is filed, let the same be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

If the same is not filed, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for default.
