The Civil Appeal Nos. 6020 and 6073 of 2015 above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th August, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice returnable within 10 weeks.

There shall be stay of operation of the judgment dated 17.07.2015 in Contempt Case No.933 of 2009."

The Civil Appeal Nos. 6291 and 6292 of 2015 above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th August, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice.

There shall be stay of operation of the impugned order dated 17.07.2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telengana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Contempt Case No.933 of 2009. Tag with Civil Appeal No.6020 of 2015."

Subsequently, the matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 26th October, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents in all the matters. List the matters on 14.01.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to the afore-said orders dated 13th August, 2015 and 18th August, 2015 notice was issued all the Respondents in all the Appeals above-mentioned by Registered A. D. post.

It is further submitted that the service position of the Appeals above-mentioned are as under:-

Civil Appeal No. 6020 of 2015

There are 17 Respondents in the Appeal. A. D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 2, 6, 7 10, 12, 13 and 16 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unregistered covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5, 8, 9, 11, 14, 15 and 17 so far.

Service is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 5, 8, 9, 11, 14, 15 & 17.

Civil Appeal No. 6073 of 2015

There are 17 Respondents in the Appeal. A. D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 14 and 17 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unregistered covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 13, 15 & 16 so far.

Service is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 13, 15 & 16.

Civil Appeal No. 6291 of 2015

There are 17 Respondents in the Appeal. A. D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3 to 6, 12 to 14 and 17 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unregistered covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7 to 11, 15 & 16 so far.

Service is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 7 to 11, 15 & 16.

Civil Appeal No. 6292 of 2015

There are 17 Respondents in the Appeal. A. D. cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos.1, 3, 6, 7 and 16 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unregistered covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, 8 to 15 & 17 so far.

Service is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 5, 8 to 15 & 17.

The appeals above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report for orders.
