Issue notice, on the limited question as to whether in the factual background, Article 59 of the Limitation Act or Article 113 the Limitation Act, that would be applicable.

Mr. Randhir Kumar Ojha, Advocate, accepts and waives notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Mr. Anupam Mishra, Advocate, accepts and waives notice on

behalf of Respondents No. 1.3(i), 1.3(ii) and 1.4.

Notice be issued to remaining contesting respondents.

In the meanwhile, the parties shall maintain status quo as of today, in respect of the property in question.
