UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following O R D E R

The office report indicates that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not filed the counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for said respondent submits that yesterday he had filed the counter affidavit. Office shall verify it and report accordingly. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner also confirms that he has received the counter affidavit on her e-mail.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 3 to 7 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent Nos. 8 to 10 has been received back with postal remarks "No such person", "addressee moved and Door Locked" respectively. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.
