The Writ Petition alognwith application above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Issue notice returnable in six weeks."

Pursuant to above Order, it is submitted that Show Cause Notice was issued to all the nine respondents through Registered A.D. on 03.09.2014.

It is further submitted that Vakalatnama/Appearance's has been filed on behalf of the following respondents:

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 24.12.2014 filed Proof of Dasti Service with Affidavit in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4 but neither Vakalatnama/Appearance nor Counter Affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 so far. Service of Notice is complete in the instant matter.

It is next submitted that Counter Affidavit have been filed on behalf of the following respondents:-

Thereafter, the Writ Petition alongwith Application abovementioned was listed before the Registrar's Court from time to time and lastly listed on 19.08.2015, when she was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Service of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent Nos. 2, 6, 7 and 9 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 5 and 8 have failed to file the counter affidavit, despite the warning of last opportunity, as was served upon them vide order dated 2.7.2015. Further opportunity is hereby declined.

The petition stands complete.

Registry to process to list the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

It is lastly submitted that Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate has on 14.3.2016 filed Statement of Objections on behalf of State of Karnataka (R.No. 5). However, it is pertinent to mention that further opportunity to file Counter Affidavit was declined to Respondent No. 5 vide Registrar's Court's Order dated 19.8.2015. The Statement of Objections filed on behalf of State of Karnataka has not been taken on record but stands included in the Paper Books for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

The Writ Petition along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
