The Writ Petition above mentioned was listed before the Registrar's Court on 02.07.2015 with office report dated 30.06.2015, when she was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Among nine respondents herein, service of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 is complete but none has entered appearance. Respondent Nos. 2, 6, 7 and 9 have already filed the counter affidavit. Counter Affidavit of respondent Nos. 5 and 8 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time, as last opportunity.

List again on 19.08.2015. "

Pursuant to above Order, it is submitted that no one has entered appearance in respect of Respondent No. 1, 3 & 4, so far.

It is lastly submitted that Counter Affidavit has not been filed in respect of Respondent No. 5 and 8, so far.

The Writ Petition along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Registrar's Court with this Office Report for orders.
