UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

SLP(C) No.29286/2013

Petitioner has not furnished the fresh and complete address of respondent Nos.4 and 12 to 17 and has not taken steps to effect service on respondent Nos.5, 6 and 11. Appropriate steps be taken within four weeks' time.

Application for substituting the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.2, 5 and 7 be also filed within the time given above.

Signature Not Verified The application as has been filed to substitute the legal 4044 presentatives of the deceased petitioner No.1 is found defective, defects be cured within two weeks. Application be processed thereafter as per rules.
