With regard to respondent nos. 2,5 and 7 though after direction of this Court the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is supposed to take appropriate steps for substitution of deceased respondents, he failed to take appropriate steps. Accordingly, as last opportunity two weeks time is granted to file appropriate application.

Application for substitution of the legal heirs of deceased petitioner no.1 is defective. Two weeks time is granted to cure the defects.

The ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 19 and 20 is at liberty to file counter affidavit, if any, within four weeks.

Despite Registrar's Court order dt.13.10.2014 the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner failed to file appropriate application for substitution with regard to deceased respondent Nos. 16 and 18. However, last opportunity is granted to file the application within two weeks.
