The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given.

The service of notice is complete on the respondent nos. 3 and 4, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. These respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, in case they intend to do so.
