UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.5 & 6 seeks and is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. Ld.counsel has stated that his name has not been generated in the cause list. Office is directed to update the data base. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.4 & 7, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. These respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period provided above.

The office report is that the respondent No.26 has expired. Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks Signa Method Well an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of <pre>% said deceased respondent</pre>

Three weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.36-38 & 42 and to take fresh steps for the service of notice to them and to the respondent Nos.1-3, 8-25, 27-35, 39-41, 43 & 44 within the period stipulated above. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served on respondent Nos.1-3 through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of Punjab and on the other respondents through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within the period stipulated above.
