UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The petitioner, defendant and father of the plaintiff, has approached this Court in unusual circumstance where after the dismissal of the suit by two Courts, the second appeal is pending before the High Court for considerable long period.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we hope that the High Court will be able to take up the second appeal for hearing and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
