UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay condoned.
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur.
The special leave petition is dismissed.
However, we grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the High Court by way of review petition. The review petition be filed within two weeks. In the event, the review petition is dismissed by the High Court, the impugned judgment and order can be challenged in this Court.
We make it clear that we have not entertained this petition because learned counsel for the petitioners says that several decisions passed by the High Court on the same or similar issue have not been discussed by the Division Bench.
