The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th October, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that some of the helpers who had completed the period of three years apprenticeship have been allowed to qualify the test by affording them one opportunity to do so. It is submitted that all others should also be afforded a similar opportunity specially when they have completed a period of three years apprenticeship successfully.

Issue notice on the above limited issue.

Let service be effected upon the respondents through their standing counsel in this Court."

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on

25th February, 2015, when the following Order was passed :

"For all the five respondents, notice was served through the standing counsel for the State of Gujarat also. Nobody is present. The Ld. Advocate, Ms. Hemantika Wahi who earlier entered appearance for all of the respondents had not filed vakalatnama, despite undertaking given and that the last opportunity was afforded for the purpose. Further opportunity is declined.

In the given circumstances, the matter stands complete.

Registry to process to list the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are five respondents in the instant matter. Pursuant to Court's Order dated 13th October, 2014,

notice has been issued to all the five respondents through the Standing counsel for the State of Gujarat being government authorities. Ms. Hemantika Wahi, Standing Counsel for the State of Gujarat has not filed Vakalatnama and Appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far.

SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 8970 OF 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th March, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

" Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that notice has been issued in SLP(C) No. 29408 of 2014 arising out of common impugned order. Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 29408 of 2014."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there are nineteen respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the nineteen respondents by registered A.D. Post on 08,04.2015. Ms. Hemantika Wahi and Mr. S.N Terdal, Advocate have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 7, 10, 14, 15 and 19 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither AD card nor unserved covers have been received back from respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11 to 13 and 16 to 18 so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11 to 13 and 16 to 18.
