The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29-08-2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Application for exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Issue notice. In the meantime, further proceedings in Petition No. 2047 of 2015 titled as "Amit Jagpal vs. Geetu Jagpal" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Ghaziabad, State of Uttar Pradesh, shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole respondent through registered A.D. post on 12-09-2016.

It is submitted that Mr. Bimal Ray Jad, Advocate has on 17-10-2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of sole Respondent and has on 20-12-2016 filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on the other side. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
