UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the absence of reasons not forthcoming, the right of the appellant is being seriously jeopardized because of the directions passed by the Tribunal in its hearing held on 12.08.2022 and time is the essence to complete the project which is being hampered and earlier the reason was ordered to be uploaded on or before 16.09.2022 and that $\mathbf{z}^{\prime\prime}$ the reason for which the instant appeal was adjourned.

Learned counsel for the appellant informs this Court that the cause list which was circulated by the Tribunal on 16.09.2022 indicates that the order is to be uploaded on the website on or before 18.10.2022.

It may not be possible for this Court to proceed further in the absence of reasons assigned by the Tribunal. We consider it appropriate to request the Tribunal to make the reasons available as early as possible which may enable this Court to proceed in the present appeal.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Tribunal forthwith.
