It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that subsequent to the filing of the captioned appeal challenging the interim order dated 12.08.2022, the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi has passed the final order in Appeal Signal Modu/24/2022. In the said circumstances, there cannot be any doubt The common service with this matter has become infructuous. However, while dismissing matter recording the fact that this matter has become the infructuous, we make it clear that the same will not cause any legal trammel for the appellant to challenge the final order in the Appeal No.24/2022, if so advised.

Accordingly, the civil appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous and with the aforesaid liberty.
