UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following

Both matters

Common respondent nos. 7,23 and 34 in SLP(C) No.3133/2021 and SLP(C) NO.3137/2021, common respondent nos. 6,7,23,34,51 and 52 in SLP(C) No.3138/2021 and SLP(C) No.3141/2021 , respondent nos. 43 and 44 in SLP(C) No.3139/2021, respondent nos. 3 and 4 in SLP(C) No.3140/2021 remain unserved and despite grant of final opportunity to the respective petitioners, fresh steps alongwith fresh partculars for service upon them have not been taken/filed, accordingly, Registry to process the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.

Ld. counsel for the petitioners will serve corrected memo of parties and Paper Book upon the ld. counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 51 and 53 represented by ld. Advocateon-record, Ms Manju Jetley, within one week and proof of service of pleadings may be filed within a week thereafter.

For all respondents who have been granted one opportunity to file counter affidavit on the earlier occasion, but have not filed the same, one final opportunity of four weeks is granted to file their respective counter affidavits.
