Delay condoned.
Issue notice.
Learned counsel for the appellant contends that half of the Resource has already been deposited with the Registry. Therefore,
execution of the impugned Judgment may be stayed till the next date.
In view of the above, there shall be stay of the impugned order till the next date.
Office Report dated 07.03.2024 indicates that the amount is lying in a noninterest bearing account, however, the amount be kept in a short term interest bearing Fixed Deposit, in a nationalized bank, on autorenewal basis.
