This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Sajith P., Advocate on 26th October, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 30.03.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 226 of 2015.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 92 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 11 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 05.12.2015 stating therein that petitioners have already filed all the relevant exhibits alongwith the SLP as annexures with are quite sufficient for the purpose of the admission hearing of the above matter. Hence requested to register the SLP at his own risk (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 05.12.2015 has been annexed at Page No. 59 of the SLP paperbooks for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The applications alongwith matter abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
