Respondent Nos.1 to 5 and 9 in both the matters have already adopted the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 13508/2020.

Respondent Nos.6 to 8 and 11 to 14 in SLP(C) No.14695/2020 and respondent Nos.6 to 8, 10 to 12 and 14 in SLP(C) No. 13508/2020 have been duly served, however no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
