Without expressing any opinion on merits, we direct that proceedings in Petition No.MNT/125/38/2016 titled "Ujala Paul Goyal & Anr. Vs. Manu Goyal" and Petition No.Coma/44/2016 titled "Ujala Paul Goyal vs. Manu Goyal & Ors." on the file of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Panchkula, Haryana shall stand transferred to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun, Uttarakhand for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. Records shall be sent by court where proceedings are pending to the transferee court forthwith.

The Registry to transmit a copy of this order to the courts concerned. Parties to appear before the transferee court on Monday, the 1st, May, 2017.

The transfer petitions are, accordingly, allowed with the above direction.
