Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, has fairly stated across the bar that from March, 2022, they have not been paid salaries, but considering the orders passed in SLP (C) D. No. 38262 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022, SLP (C) Nos. 1024-1025 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023, SLP (C) Nos. 4078-4079 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023, 20.03.2023 and 18.07.2023 and 20.03.2023, Civil Appeal Nos. 2419-2420 of 2023(& batch) dated 12.04.2023 and 26.04.2023, we direct that operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed until further orders.
