UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.1 to 4, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b,9,16,19,20 and 21 have not filed counter affidavit despite order. Further opportunity is therefore declined.

In respect of respondent Nos.6c,6d,12,13, 22,23,24,27,28 service is complete but none has put in appearance.

With respect to the unserved respondents, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that they have been served through dasti. However, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner is required to file proof of dasti service.
