"Petitioner has not filed application for substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent nos. 7 and 8 despite Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dt.14.7.2016 and the period granted by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers has already expired.

Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions."

It is submitted that M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates has on 17th August, 2016 filed an application seeking substituted service upon unserved respondent Nos. 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 24 to 26 in "Manatelangana" newspaper (Telugu) and "Metroindia" newspaper (English) published daily in Hyderabad, Telangana. The same has been registered as I.A No. 1/2016 and is placed below.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed application for substitution of Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 so far. Office report for directions is yet to be listed before Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 10, 11, 14 , 15, 17, 18 , 24 to 26.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
