The matter above-mentioned was mentioned before the Ld. Registrar Court on 17th November, 2015, when the following order was passed:

"Application for substituting the legal representatives of the deceased respondent Nos.7 and 8 is yet not filed. Petitioner to file the same within four weeks and also to take steps to effect service upon respondent Nos.11, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 24 to 26 in addition by providing fresh address for respondent Nos.10, 12, 13, 17 and 24. Notice thereafter be issued.

List again on 3.2.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution of Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 7 and 8.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken fresh steps to effect service on Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 7 and 8 i.e Respondent Nos. 11, 14, 15, 17, 18 and Respondent Nos. 24 to 26 and also not filed fresh address of Respondent Nos. 10, 17 and 24.

It is lastly submitted that there are 28 Respondents in the matter. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served Respondent Nos. 6c, 6d, 22, 23, 27, 28. Unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 10 and 17 (with remarks " insufficient Address"), Respondent Nos. 11, 14 and 15 (without remarks). AD cards duly signed have been received back from Respondent Nos. 12 and 13

(Notice issued Earlier). Unsigned AD card has been received from Respondent No. 24 and also unseved cover ("Addressee left without instructions"). Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover have been received back from Respondent Nos. 17, 18, 25 and 26.

Service is incomplete in respect of Respondent Nos. 10, 11, 14 , 15, 17, 18 , 24 to 26.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
