Petitioner to file the same within four weeks and also to take steps to effect service upon respondent Nos.11, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 24 to 26 in addition by providing fresh address for respondent Nos.10, 12, 13, 17 and 24. Notice thereafter be issued.
