UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. Prashant Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the
State of Madhya Pradesh has given a list of matters [SLP(Crl.) D.Nos. 41745/24,
41743/24 and 37530/24] seeking analogous hearing of such special leave
petitions with the present petitions.

Having regard to the fact that the judgment and order which has been questioned in both sets of petitions is common, the same ought to be heard together subject to removal of defects, if any.

Relist the special leave petitions in the week commencing 14th October, 2024 after obtaining orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India.
