CC No. 15803/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 08.10.2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in Writ Petition(C) No. 4133 of 2015 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 190 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 24571/2016 @ CC No. 14986/2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of Order dated 16.08.2016 is enclosed herewith. (Main case: SLP(C) CC Nos. 14940-43/2016)

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file copy of orders dated 07.09.2015 and 02.04.2015. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 22.08.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 194 of SLP paper books.

CC No. 15830/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in Writ Petition(C) No. 453 of 2014 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 155 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file memo of appointment dated 18.01.1990 and annexures mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 23.08.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 191 of SLP paper books.

CC Nos. 15852-55/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in Writ Petition(C) Nos. 9172/2012, 3252/2014, 7074/2014 and 8895/2014 alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 168 days) (regd. as I.A. Nos. 1-4) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to file exhibits mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated 23.08.2016 and the same is placed at page No. 237 of SLP paper books.

CC No. 15960/2016:-

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla in Writ Petition(C) No. 6547 of 2010 alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 162 days) (regd. as I.A. No. 1) and the same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged together as all are arising out of similar issue.

The matters alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
