UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard the learned Senior counsel – Mr. V. Giri appearing for the petitioners and perused the material placed on record.
2. Issue notice, returnable after four weeks.
3. Mr. P.S. Sudheer, learned Advocate-on-Record, who is on caveat, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.22 to 24. Hence, formal notice to the said respondents is dispensed with.
4. Mr. Shailesh Madiyal, learned Senior counsel appearing with Mr. Lakshmeesh S. Kamath, learned Advocate-on-Record, has instructions to appear for Respondent No.1 – University and accepts the notice. Hence, formal notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.
5. Notices to the rest of the respondents be served.
6. The respondents may file their respective counter affidavits. 7. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioners also seeks permission to file the Interlocutory Application bringing on record the subsequent events.
