The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14/08/2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that in a scheme of One Time Settlement, the petitioners deposited 25% of their liability on 15.11.2010 and the entire balance of 75% on 14.12.2010. It is accordingly contended that the petitioners must be deemed to have discharged their entire liability with the Bihar State Financial Corporation (respondent no.5) on 14.12.2010. As against the above, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the auction purchaser paid the auction amount in three installments on 3.8.2009, 12.8.2010 and 30.11.2011. It is accordingly his contention that the auction purchased could not have been confirmed prior to 30.11.2011, when the entire auction amount came to be paid.

In order to authenticate the factual position indicated in the foregoing paragraph, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a short accommodation to place further material on the record of this case.

Prayer is allowed. List again on 22.08.2014. Needful be done, in the meantime."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 20/08/2014 filed additional affidavit alongwith an application for exemption from fling Official Translation being circulated being circulated to the Hon'ble court with this Officereport.
