For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that in a Scheme of One Time Settlement, the petitioners deposited 25% of their liability on 15.11.2010 and the entire balance of 75% on Signature Not Verified 14.12.2010. As against the above, it is the contention of the

learned counsel for the petitioners that the auction purchaser

paid the auction amount in three installments on 3.8.2009, 12.8.2010 and 30.11.2011. It is accordingly his contention that the auction purchased could not have been confirmed prior to 30.11.2011, when the entire auction amount came to be paid.

In order to authenticate the factual position indicated in the foregoing paragraph, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a short accommodation to place further material on the record of this case.

Prayer is allowed. List again on 22.08.2014. Needful be done, in the meantime.
