It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 30.04.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in FAO (OS) No. 21 of 2009.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 29051-52/2015 arising out of same Judgment is pending for listing for want of filing proof of service of supply of copy of SLP on the counsel appearing on caveat.

It is further submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of same Judgment.

The matters above-mentioned alongwith applications are listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
