It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgement and Order dated 30.04.2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in FAO (OS) No. 21, 22, 23, 194 of 2009 alongwith applications for permission to file lengthy Synopsis, List of dates and events (regd. as I.A. Nos. 1-4).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28.09.2015 filed undertaking documents alongwith application for permission to file additional documents as Vol-II, application for permission to file additional documents as Vol-III and application for permission to file additional documents as Vol-IV (regd. as I.A. Nos. 5-8, 9-12 & 13-16 respectively) and the same haVE been placed with SLP paper books.
