GUNJAN KHURANA

Petitioner(s)

VERSUS

NIKHIL YADAV

Respondent $(s)$

ORDER

No one appears for the respondent in spite of service of notice.

petitioner-wife wants transfer of The Divorce Petition instituted by the respondent-husband from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, East Karkardooma, Delhi.

We do not think it is a fit case for transfer, considering the distance between the two courts. We, however, direct the respondent-husband to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the petitioner-wife for each day she has to Reavel to the Family Court, Ghaziabad for the purpose of defending the case.

The transfer petition is dismissed, subject to the

above direction.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
