UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following<br>ORDER | |
Heard Mr. Narender Hooda, learned senior counsel, appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Alok Sangwan, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Haryana and Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Pharmacy Council of India.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we think that it is a fit case where the first respondent should be directed to grant affiliation to the petitioner-Institution and accordingly, it is so ordered.
Let the order of affiliation be passed by 30.8.2017 for the academic session 2017-2018, subject to the requirement of the law.
The petitioner is permitted to admit students till 5.9.2017.
This order has been passed in view of a similar order having been passed in W.P.(C)No.685/2017 (Bharat Institute of Pharmacy Vs. Haryana State Board of Technical Education & Ors.).
The special leave petitions are disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
