1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We have considered the facts of the case 2. and grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds urged by the petitioner and accept the same. Therefore, (i) COMA No. 113 of 2020 titled as "Mamta Vs. Neeraj Singh" pending before the Court Judicial Magistrate, 1<sup>st</sup> Class, Faridabad, $\mathsf{of}$ Haryana (ii) HMA No. 639 of 2021 titled as "Neeraj Singh Shyorotra Vs. Smt. Mamta" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad,
Haryana and (iii) MNT No. 146 of 2021 titled as "Mamta and Anr. Vs. Neeraj Singh" pending before the Court of District Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, Haryana is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
3. All the concerned transferor Court(s) shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.
4. The transfer petitions are allowed accordingly.
5. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
