The Writ Petition above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. Narender Kumar Verma, Advocate on behalf of the petitioners.

It is submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 52 of 2016, referred to on Annexure P-11, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.02.2016, when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue notice. The matter is pending before the Hon'ble Court and is updated to be listed on 03.02.2017 as per computer data. (Copy of order dated 01.02.2016 is annexed as Annexure P-11 at Page No.67 of the paperbooks).

It is further submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 371 of 2010, referred to on Annexure P-10, was disposed of by the Hon'ble Court on 15.04.2014 with other connected matters (Copy of the Order dated 15.04.2014 is being enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has on 15.11.2016 filed an application for impleadment as party respondent and the same has been registered as I.A. No.1 (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith).

The Writ petition alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
