UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner and the ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 are present.

The ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 seeks four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit. Time as prayed for is granted to him as last chance.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 may also file the counter affidavit within the same time in case they choose to do so.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has stated that she has already on 19.3.2011 filed the fresh particulars of the

respondent Nos.9 and 10. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly. In case it is found that the fresh particulars of the said respondents have been filed by the ld. Counsel, in that event, notice shall be issued to the said

respondents after the ld. Counsel for the petitioner takes appropriate steps for confirming their service which he shall be obliged to do within a weeks' time.

List again on 3.5.2011.
