Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks' time final opportunity to take appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent nos.16, 106 and 114.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks time to take fresh steps in respect of respondent nos. 21, 25, 29, 33, 44, 46, 57, 59, 63, 67, 76, 84, 100 and 103.

Ld. counsel for the petitioner is granted two weeks' time as final opportunity to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of unserved respondent nos.13, 31, 32, 45, 69, 72 and 105.

However, ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be filing application for substituted service in respect of the abovesaid unserved respondents. Be filed within two weeks. If filed, process as per rules.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents but none has entered appearance.
