It is pointed out by the Registry that the Order dated 8 th December, 2014 needs to be corrected, inasmuch as what was before the Court was "Petition for Special Leave to Appeal" along with Crl.M.P. for bail.

Accordingly, the order dated 8th December, 2014 is corrected by substituting the expression "the Criminal Appeal is disposed of" with "Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for bail is disposed of".
