UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Among eight respondents herein, it is reported that respondent nos. 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 and the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5 i.e., 5(i-viii) have already appeared through the ld. Counsel, Mr U.S.Prasad. However, perusal of the record shows that vide order of the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers dt.10.4.2015 names of respondent nos. 7 and 8 are ordered to be deleted from the array of parties. It is perused that respondent no.6 is also deleted. Registry has given wrong report. Registry is bound to be careful in future and directed to prepare office report in compliance of the order already on record. An application for transposing respondent no.1 as petitioner No.14 is pending to be processed. Registry to process the same as per rules. List again on 28.7.2015.
