$\mathsf{Lat}_{\mathsf{U} \mathsf{Fe} , \mathsf{Not}} , \mathsf{L} \mathsf{d} , .$ Counsel for appellants has failed to take appropriate s to 7, 12(a) to 12 (c), 13 to $20$ , 22 to 26,31, 32, 33 (a) to 33 (c), 34 and 35 as well as on behalf of deceased Respondent No. 27 despite opportunities.

On request of Ld. Counsel for appellants, two weeks time as

last and final opportunity is given to do the needful, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 7.12.2022.
