Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Cause shown is sufficient. Delay of 107 days in filing application for substitution for bringing on record Lrs. of the deceased Respondent No.21(a) is condoned. Abatement is set aside.

Respondent No.21(a) has died on 30th March, 2014 leaving behind Lrs. mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application.

Application for substitution is allowed. The name of Respondent No.21(a) be deleted from the array of parties and in his place the names of his Lrs. as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application be brought on record.

Amended cause title be filed within four weeks from today. Signature Not Verified
