UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Applications for exemption from filing official translation and affidavit are allowed.

Learned senior counsel contends by reference to the complaint filed on 08.02.2017 (pages 53 to 56) that the complainant has filed the complaint in the capacity of the Principal of the Jharkhand Commerce Inter College where he claims to be working since 09.09.2004. He has simultaneously drawn our attention

to Annexure P-7 which is an RTI information obtained from the Shamshul Haque Memorial Teachers' Training College vide letter dated 19.01.2018 stating that the complainant is working as Assistant Professor in that institution since 07.05.2015 till that date.

In view of the aforesaid, let notice issue to the respondents returnable in six weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the proceedings before the trial Court.

A copy of the order to accompany the notice.
